Return/Refund Policy
1. No Refunds for Completed Work

Once a software development project is completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications, no refunds will be issued.

2. Partial Refunds for Uncompleted Work

Mutual Agreement: If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before completion, a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of work completed will be issued. This refund will be determined based on the agreed-upon project milestones and deliverables. Client Breach: If the client breaches the contract, causing project termination, no refund will be issued. However, the client may be entitled to the return of any pre-paid fees that exceed the value of the work completed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Project Initiation: If the client cancels the project before development commences, a full refund of any pre-paid fees will be issued. Development in Progress: If the client cancels the project after development has started, the following will apply: A cancellation fee equivalent to [percentage]% of the total project cost may be charged to cover incurred expenses and lost revenue. The client will be entitled to the return of any pre-paid fees that exceed the cancellation fee and the value of the work completed.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Regardless of whether a project is completed or cancelled, all intellectual property rights related to the software, including source code, designs, and documentation, shall remain the property of the software development company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
